Return & Exchange Policy

At Kpelle Queen Glam Collection, we want you to love every purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with easy returns and exchanges.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item:

✅ Is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
✅ Has all original tags attached
✅ Is free from makeup, perfume, deodorant stains, or damage
✅ Is not a final sale or non-returnable item (see below)

2. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

❌ Accessories (jewelry, handbags, etc.) for hygiene reasons
❌ Sale or clearance items
❌ Gift cards
❌ Custom-made or personalized items

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

For Returns:

  1. Email us at [Insert Contact Email] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to us (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility).
  4. After inspection, we will issue store credit or an exchange within 5-7 business days.

For Exchanges:

  • If you need a different size or color, follow the return process and indicate the item you want in exchange.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item is out of stock, we’ll issue store credit.

4. Refunds & Store Credit

  • We do not offer cash refunds at this time.
  • Once your return is approved, you’ll receive store credit via email, which can be used toward any future purchase.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we will send a replacement at no extra cost.

6. Late or Missing Returns

  • If you haven’t received store credit within 7 business days of returning your item, email us at [Insert Contact Email].
  • Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
